IBE gives Philadelphia ballet students the opportunity to perform in a professional ballet production side-by-side with dancers from the internationally renowned Donetsk Ballet of Ukraine.

IBE brings 30-week ballet residency programs taught by Russian ballet masters to schools in the Philadelphia School District.

IBE provides collaborative performance opportunities for residency students and other local ballet students, including a celebratory reception in honor of their achievements.

IBE presents the Donetsk Ballet of Ukraine in reduced rate performances of The Nutcracker for students throughout Philadelphia.

IBE provides ballet scholarships to low-income Philadelphia students.

IBE provides ballet dance attire, shoes, dance equipment and beautiful costumes to residency students.
